Do I need software from you in order to get online?
Answer:
No. You can simply call our Technical Support
Department at 800.599.1000 and we will be happy
to sign you up and help you configure your computer over the phone. The
process typically takes about 15-20 minutes.
Keep in mind that you must have a personal computer capable of accessing
the internet. We can determine this when you call.
